If you are building your own carbon fiber composite variable
pitch prop you will probably not go too far wrong by scaling
and copying this classic design. See the N.L. web site for
more info. 

This too is from Thompson Trophy Racers by Roger Huntington.

BTW it appears to be a Clark Y airfoil as most props are
even today.
