Lonnie, Wood, what is the clutch plate for?  I'm not familiar with your

The clutch disk is used to deal with the torsional vibration. It couples the
engine to the reduction drive. I am using a Hy-Vo chain drive.
Most reduction drives have some sort of system to deal with the torsionals.
