This engine is a triple rotor 13B engine hand-built by Bill Nabhan of
Mazsport. It is based on the 13B

Turbo Series V engine ( 1991 ). These engines had a higher power output
than the Series IV Turbo
engine due to lighter rotors and larger ports. The engine is then
modified to incorporate dowelling
around the through bolts, which were actually removed and replaced with
studs (see the picture above
really closely).


It has a mild port done to the inlet and exhaust ports , a custom made
centre-plate to
hold a bearing to help stop the custom-made crankshaft from flexing , 3
x 50mm throttle bodies , 6 x
800cc/min fuel injectors , 6 x ignition coils fire through custom
modified crank trigger from a Series V


Turbo engine, an Autronic SMC fuel/ignition computer , no oil injection
as it runs a premix of Castrol
R747 , custom exhaust manifold , Garrett T4 turbo with Turbonetics 60:1
competition wheels and
housings ( not 100% sure about "exact" type though ) with a 1.32 A/R
Exhaust . and 2 x 32mm
wastegates. 

Power has seen 573 HP @ 12psi boost on an engine dyno. I am not sure
about these figures , but I will
be running it on the chassis dyno as soon as it is in my RX-7 , and I
will post the results. The dyno I
use is limite
