Dunno whether people here have been following r.a.h or the RV-list, but
Matt Dralle has received a threatening letter from JPI over his use of
the "Fuel Scan" name... JPI claim it's too close to their "Scanner"
trademark.

Without going into the rights and wrongs of this, I'd suggest that Tracy
keep well clear of any name with the word "Scan" in it.
