The function of the apex tip seal  lube is
to cool and lube the seal in that order. 

When generating high continuous
power in an aircraft you want an oil that will not coke 
and that burns cleanly. 

That is why almost everybody is mixing two stroke oil with
the gas. Engine oil does not work as well. Synthetic engine oil is
better than regular engine oil.

I have on loan an industrial oven capable of maintain 450 degrees.
I cooked a bunch of oil samples and two stroke oil came out near
the top. Turbine oil as used in jet engines was probably the best
but very expensive.

If you want to use an injection pump arrange a separate
oil resevour for tip seal lube. It won't be easy to use the stock 
pump in this fashion so it would be better to devise a new pump 
driven with a cog belt.

You will need about one or two ounces of oil per gallon of gasoline
burned. 10 gallons an hour 10 to 20 ounces of tip seal lube oil
or .3 to .6 quarts an hour.
