I've been told it sounds more like an outboard motor at idle. As the rpms
come up, you sound becomes uniform, but still not very high decibels. I'd
guess maybe 70 db. Inside the compartment with the door shut, you can carry
on a normal conversation. I know it will be louder when I put a load on the
engine, but I'm not expecting that much. I'll let you know when I get into
taxi testing in a few weeks.
