four ground strap plugs.  A "fouled" plug is simply the result of
conductive buildup on the ceramic insulator.  This effectively shorts
the center electrode to ground.  This can be caused by an overrich
mixture, excessive oil burn, or the use of a plug that is too cold for
the application.  The heat range of the plug is chosen so that the
ceramic stays hot enough to burn off the deposits, but not so hot that
