The cooler looks plenty big enough. Seal that outlet area to the louvers
on the bottom of the cowl. Actually I am not a believer in louvers
as the first one blocks the rest. It is better to have one big flap
on there and smooth the 90 degree change in direction with a
nice large radius. 

Here is a picture I just took of the fastest RV6 
in the country. Tracy Saylor's. 
The picture does not show it but the streamlined
exit duct is cut off on a forward slant about a 45 degree angle.
In other words the lower lip is ahead of the firewall.
Notice the large radius applied to the lower firewall where it
turns 90 degrees aft.  fastrv6.jpg

BTW note that one cylinder is running richer than the others.
Typical of even fuel injection systems. That is why the ideal
FI would have individual control over each rotor based on
EGT.
