The pressure has little to do with it as it is feeding into a low
pressure
chamber of the rotary engine. If it encounters pressure a positive
displacement pump like a gear pump merely responds by upping the 
pressure. It is not like a centrifugal pump where flow depends on 
output pressure.

Just check the volume output of the pump as a function of RPM because
the variable flow as a function of HP is not needed because you will 
be using a prop load. Prop load HP *** IS *** a function of RPM
with a fixed pitch prop more or less. 

Flow as a function of HP was needed in the car primarily to reduce smog.

If you must use a pump a gear pump will be much more pratical to 
mount, drive and feed. If it was me I would mix the two cycle oil
with the gas and forget about it. Less to fail.
