recently acquired two Rx-7's, and the 13B is the first to get some
attention. It had a small engine fire, so first I am fixing that stuff,
and hoping that the engine does not need a teardown right now. The 12A
[also an '84] does smoke when it finally starts, so it is a pretty good
candidate for a rebuild.
I hope to get the experience on these to do an aircraft-suitable engine in
the near future.
Thanks for the input. By the way, did you find that you needed the
micrometers and calipers suggested here on the list last week?
