Subject: Canard motor mount and cooling.

This is based on all we have learned so far.
The experience of Perry Mick, Tom Jordan and
Chuck Harbert intalling rotary engines in canards.
The lower engine mount hard points need to be moved
lower on the firewall of most designs.
This will entail some beef up of the lower
rear fuselage.

The turbo can replace the muffler with little
weight penalty and not a heck of a lot of
difference in cost.

The position of the cooling radiator is the big
breakthrough.

This also eases the oil drainback from the turbo.
The current layout on the ACRE NL web site does not take
this into consideration.

I will update the current drawing on the ACRE NL.
