The design does not apply to the 20B.  The whole trick here is that the
footprint of the turbo inlet overlaps the ports on the 13B.  therefore when
you machine a "pocket" for the turbo and two "pockets" for the ports the
pockets intersect and voila you have a manifold.  It could be done for a
20B with a two-piece approach where the turbo pocket would be oversize and
an adapter plate would be used.  Are you still interested?  Cost would be
considerably higher due to size and only one unit (so far).
