At Atkins's seminar, I asked the difference in the weight between 13B and
20B, and he indicated that the added rotor, housing, and spacer plate weighed
about 100 pounds.

That sounds like a lot as the rotor and rotor housing is only 
about nine or ten pounds each. That would leave 70 pounds or so for the 
intermediate housing and shaft. Rather unlikely. Most end or 
intermediate housing weigh about 35 pounds.
