You need to get all the charts, not just the standard one.  It turns out
that oddly enough, tropical climates (like Edwards)get much colder than the
"standard" as you go up.  Even though you start off hotter at S.L. We
typically see about -85F at 50-55K above Edwards.

Wow! -85F is off my conversion chart.
I am not going up there. If I break 36K I will quit :-)
