I was in Home Depot this morning eyeing flexible PVC (or ABS)
sched 40 water pipe for possible use as an intake manifold.

The dimensions are 1.5 inch ID 2.0 inch OD. 
1/4 inch wall. Smooth inside. I would possibly  connect it to
an aluminum flange and injector mount with hose clamps
and silicon hose. The other end of course would be connected
the same way to the intercooler. This would be a real easy
intake to fabricate. Eazy to tune as well. It is stiff enough
not to collapse yet flexible enough to move it around
to fit. 

Any comments?
