My $.02 worth, but why not just set up an FTP server program (ServUFTP is
one) and maybe once a month or so leave your computer running it all
night.  Announce the times, login ID, and passwords on this newsletter,
and just let anyone who is interested "help themselves" ?  Security is
excellent ... that program anyway.

Would be slow, of course, at 56K ... but a lot less hassle (and expense)
of distributing CDs.

Well lets see 56,000 bits into 700,000,000 (7 bits per char.. 100 meg)
is 

3 hours 45 minutes if everything works perfectly as it is one large 
100 meg file. I would suspect that FTP rarely works this fast.
