It is not clear if he was running a prop. Might work. We
will have to wait for flight tests.

This article and a follow on appeared in Contact. This looks like the
original article. He originally was planning to use Honda power, but is now
flying with a direct drive Subaru engine. The cooling system design looks
real good. He reports no cooling problems (including extended taxi which is
difficult on these pushers). Cooling inlets were very small (as was the
radiator) though I dont remember sizes off the top of my head. I think the
augmentor is a 5" diameter tube. The airplane is limited at the moment by
propellor problems if I remember correctly. I'll try to remember to post
the issues in which the articles appeared.

I noticed he sized the radator for cruise. If it is indeed cooling
at taxi that is very impressive as there is not much energy in
the exhaust or the cooling demands on the engine for that matter.
This sounds almost self compensating.
