There is more energy absorbed if the watter is boiled off but this did not
seem to be necessary.  Just the heat of evaporation was able to keep the
engine temps down to 190 (on a 98 degree day) for about 45 taxi minutes with
just a 30 OZ. container of "dribble water".  Of course it probably would not
have cooled the engine at all that day at Oshkosh.  I would have drunk all
of it :-)
