All that is true Vance but people are buying 1/4 million
archaic Cessna's 182 and 3/4 million Bonanza's like hot
cakes. Last year Boeing sold fifty 35 million dollar  BBJ's. 
Another word for a private 737. 50% of them went to private 
individules. People with that kind of money have big houses
with lots of land. The cost of fuel is no object.
There is a market for Moller Skycars. I for one
would like to see it happen.

Besides they are not as noisie (sp?) as you think.
