So what's this rotary engine race?  Is it a subrace of the Dash?  Can
20B's enter?  We plan on being there next year to compete with our
latest design.  Who else is going to be there?

Yes it is. You will need to meet all the requirements of Aircraft Spruce
and pay the entry fee. Next year the prize money for a rotary powered
airplane will be over $300 in each class hopefully. You must however 
average more than 200 MPH for a normally aspirated rotary and 220 MPH
for a
turbo. There will be prize money for both classes. Hopefull at least
$300 each
but for sure a dollar a MPH. That amount of money has already been
collected.
