 I attended Dave's presentation at Castle '99 and found him personable,
knowledgeable, enthusiastic and an accomplished Builder and Flyer
of a nicely done RV-6 , E/W 13B engine. What am I missing here?

Nothing really Roger I am just kidding around a little bit.
This is the second year in a row that Dave was scheduled
to give a talk at Copper State and he did not make
it because of bad weather in the Great North Wet.
This year I was pressed into service to give a talk
on the rotary in his place. I did not really mind but
I am not totally qualified as I have yet to complete
and fly a rotary powered airplane.
