Those manifolds Dave sells are designed for 8000 RPM
and carburators.

That is all well and good for a 2.85:1 or 3:1 PSRU but if you
are running a 2.17:1 PSRU you need HP at 6000 RPM and not at
8000 RPM. Most racing manifolds for rotaries have this problem
including Racing Beat's. 

That is why the stock RX7 runners are so long
and why Everett Hatch/Power Sport has twenty four inch runners.
That is also why Tracy Crook went to all the trouble of building
a Dynamic Chamber intake manifold. 

Why throw all the HP away by using an old-tech, 1970's car racing 
manifold for carburators?
