I ordered my motor mounts from Barry Controls today and I was shocked
at the cost $6.18 each for Neoprene. Compare that with the
natural rubber Dynafocal Sandwich Mounts in the Aircraft Spruce
catalog at $168 apiece. You need four so thats $672 for
dynafocal mounts alone which is about half the cost of most
Mazda rotary engines. Forget that!
 
I bought mine from a distributor in Chatsworth CA called
Fairchild Fasteners. 1 800 992 4444

Part number is 22002-14 for Neoprene.
Load rating at about half deflection is 170 pounds apiece
axial and 75 pounds radial. Deflection at this load
rating is about 0.020. Axial spring rate is
about 6500 pounds per inch.

Barry has silicone but they are special order and that would
cost a bunch. I think you can make your own by punching
out donuts from 1/8 inch thick sheet silicone rubber and 
gluing them together with red  RTV silicone. I notice that 
red RTV sticks extremely well to silicone rubber sheet.

Keep them as far from the engine as you can to minimise
the temp unless of course you are making your own out
of silicone.

BTW Neoprene mounts are much more resistent to oil 
then natural rubber mounts.
