I'm working on that short video and will target it for early November. As for
a NEW 13b REW  (Twin Turbo), you can build a new long block for about
$3600.00 wholesale, you can save about $1100.00 if you use used rotors and
e-shaft which are plentiful. That reflects the cost of parts only. Mazda
doesn't offer it as an assembled unit.

I think it is a good idea because if you buy a late engine
you take a chance on the rotor housing at least and maybe the
rotors.

All I really need is the parts as I think I am going to try
ceramic apex seals and teflon coated coolant O rings.
What year did they start machining the low compression bath 
tub in the rotor faces?
