Howdy,

From Tracy's web site (http://www.rotaryaviation.com/faq.html) for the 13B:

Mazda 13B Engine Core 190 lbs. (incl. water pump)
Ross PSRU 37 lbs.
Starter (Toyota, geared) 10 lbs.
Alternator (Mazda 70Amp) 9 lbs.
Evaporator Cores (Qty. 2) 7 lbs. (total)
Oil Cooler (stock Mazda) 8 lbs.
Carburetors (3 Mikuni) 5 lbs. (total)
Intake Manifold 2 lbs.
Air Box 1 lb.
Coolant (7 qts.) 14 lbs.
Ignition Coil Assys. 5 lbs.
Total Engine Weight 288 lbs.

Exhaust System 8 lbs.
Engine Submount 13 lbs.
Main Engine Mount (Modified RV-4) 15 lbs.
Brackets, Hoses, et. al. 9 lbs.
Oil (7 qts.) 12 lbs.
Total Installed Weight 345 lbs. (Firewall Forward)

Assuming the subsystems weigh the same and the 20B is 280 +-20 lbs,
that would yield a 20B total engine weight of about 378+-20 lbs. and
an installed weight of about 435 +-20 lbs. Personally the 20B looks
borderline for use in the plane I'm currently investigating - a Zenith
Air CH801 (150 to 240 hp, up to 440 pounds installed).

Have fun,
Roy
