I was getting ready to make the motor mount welding
jig today and I came up with an idea for aligning
the engine. If you take the rotors and the e-shaft
out of the engine (junk engine in my case) a piece
of 1 1/4 sched 40 plastic pipe just fits the main
bearing and the front cover oil seal. I cut a hole
in the raw cowling front bulkhead where the nose
of the PSRU normally sticks through. My cowling was not
cut out yet in this area. The hole was centered
and cut the same diameter as the sched 40 plastic pipe.

The pipe goes all the way through the whole works to line
everything up just fine.

Worked great. Pictures in a few days so if you did not
understand my feeble attempt to describe this above
.... patience.
