I don't think so.  I downloaded it twice and never got it to
work.  Tried their help desk or email and got no help.

 I downloaded the latest version of the free TurboCad 2D from their web site. I did
this about a month ago.  I originally had  problems downloading the software. It
seemed that their server was overloaded. I went back a few days later and downloaded
it with no problems. I'm using Windoze 98 (just till I upgrade to a larger hard
drive) and TurboCad 2D installed with no problems. I've used it several times to
view .DWG files posted to the RV-8 list run by Moe Colontonio.
 I'd be happy to email the installation program (7 megs) to you if you like.
