Out here in socialized Calfornia enough additional  taxes
are extracted from the few working  residents left allowing
professional students to go to Junior college almost free :-)

AutoCAD @ the JC I went to was like a 3 unit class each semester. SO 3
units x $13/unit  for 3 semesters = $117 + books

A bargain!
