Don't forget that outside the car window is the screwed up and highly
accelerated flow coming off the windsheild.  Not a valid calibration by any
stretch of the imagination.

If I mount it on a stick how long does the stick need to be? :-)

We are not looking for NASA quality  results here  Jeff :-)
Just gross relative numbers. So far 90% of the air is coming
out of the last half of the angled rad with a simple
wedge diffuser. I would be happy with 60% 40% +/- 10%.
