Power Sport will release their spur gear reduction any day now.
I am not sure they will sell it separately from a firewall forward
package however.

Also Marcote sells a spur gear reduction for the 13B. the price is
around $3500 I think.

Tracy Crook has a planetary system. About $2000
Ross sells a planetary system for about $2500.
Night Hawk has a planetary system.
And last but not least New Horizons.
I don't know the prices on the last two systems.

Planetary systems are hard to beat on a weight basis
and they also put the thrust line in the right place
for most kit airplanes with stock cowls. Any PSRU gear 
offset will mean you are wasting space above the engine 
and you are cutting into the valuable space under the 
engine needed for a cooling radiator.
