I purchased a "supposedly-50+ hp " 90# Duncan rotary that turned out
to be a 440cc OMB snowmobile rotary from the sixties.
It was almost new and did weigh 90# with starter, exhaust and carb but
after test running, figured it to be around 30-35hp. I shipped it back
and thought he was going to "wease out" on the refund ($1800...way too
much) be he didn't.
