It has been said here before that coolant-oil cooling is not a good idea.
However, IMHO if the cooling system is designed properly to handle
that total heat load this is an alternative. The oil can
typically operate 20 F or so higher than the coolant, and that gives you
enough Delta T. If the oil-to-coolant heat exchanger is on the coolant
radiator outlet leg; a very compact, lightweight HE can provide sufficient
cooling.
Keep in mind, however; that the area of coolant radiator needed to handle
the heat rejected from the oil is slightly more than the area of an
air-cooled oil cooler (lower rejection temperature). And there is some loss
in redundancy; loss of coolant flow also loses oil cooling; which may not
make much difference; you're landing regardless.
