<< Bill, that appears to be an AOL problem. I sent those messages and
pictures
to myself and earthlink handled them just fine as gifs and jpgs like I
sent out.
Vance sent them to me that way from his ISP.
Anybody else have a problem? I think what is happening is when I send
two or
more gifs or jpgs in the same message AOL garbages them. It is kind of a
pain in the butt for me to send only one jpg or gif per message.
Looks like everybody on here with AOL needs to dump AOL and go with an
ISP that
supports Netscape (or perish the thought.. IE) if you are not getting
pictures. I never send anything other than PC gifs and jpgs.

I'm on AOL and had no problem. You have to use winzip to unzip them.
Tom Sivic
Sounds like AOL has a bandwidth problem if they have to
automatically zip things and then make the customer unzip
them. The AOL customer may merely think that the person sending
the pictures zipped them in the first place. Real slimy!
As I said. AOL sucks!
