Howdy,

I seriously thinking of building a Cozy Mark IV, and of course
powered by a rotory. The plans are for a 200 kt plane with a Lycoming
O-360 180 hp engine. Is it feasible to push this plane 250 - 300 kts
reliably with a rotory?

    Any comments would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Lurker Richard

It is always a bad idea to push an airplane beyond what the designer
says is the VNE. You risk control system flutter for one thing.
Flutter is quickly followed by structural failure of some sort.
