I honestly have no idea what it would cost to have a die made up to
stamp the tooth form into 4130 steel, but my hunch is that it would be
more expensive than either custom pulleys or modifying existing off the
shelf items. Just my two cents worth...I sure would like to see a rotary
powered plane compete at Reno.
P.S. My experience with AOL was that they were easier to get rid of
than herpes, but not much less annoying.
