Since you have the opposite and the adjacent of both of those small
triangles you have the angles of the two tubes and from that
you can derive the dimensions of the junction of the two tubes. 

Don't scale a motor mount from that drawing Frank as it is labeled
Cozy but it is wrong. I just used it for illustration purposes.

Here is a more accurate cozy layout
for a Questair Venture type mount..

I assume that is what you had in mind.
