Blue insulating foam in 1" sheets is dirt cheap. A series of patterns at stations along the block would buy a bunch of 'discs' to be glued together and would make a perfectly adequate mockup. Cheap, simple, adequate. No points for style - just effectiveness. Just a theory, Jim S.
