Here's my initial sketch based on your drawing.  I finally have a engine
here at the house so I can get some pretty accurate measurements and draw in
the redrive etc.  Also still need to get the cowl measurements and angles.

You should put a highly angled, large area rad under the engine where
you show that small rad. If that is an oil cooler it could go up
alongside the PSRU above the main rad.
