Unfortunately at the moment I do not have more information.The only thing
I have done so far is to have my local mechanical guru look at the
possibility of mateing a small pully with a governor off a Lycoming. Since
I won';t need it for a while the calculations for rotational speed,pressure
etc are not done.   As a backup to the question, I have written to Marcotte(I
have a open discussion going) and ask them to provide some manufacturers or
alternatives.   I should get a response within the week.   I will follow up
on this and pass along the information.

The governor will require a very large pulley if driven from the crank.
The accessory case is ok, if you are not running mags, but a crank trigger,
but linkage may be a problem.
I made a simple plate that bolts on to the governor for oil line porting.
(1 inch thick).

I think you will also need bearings in the plate to take the belt
side loads.
