We tried Mobil JEO (?) turbine oil in the Deere rotaries at one time.

Worked

OK from a wear point of view, but it seemed to leave more deposits than we
would have liked. We could have been overoiling, it was a quick test

without

proper controls. I think the two stroke oils are designed for an

environment

more like the rotary than are the turbine oils, but the turbine oils are
certainly worth looking at (IMHO).
