I found a bargain in a Morgan 50. Other than that the island is EXPENSIVE!
I don't think I will be moving there :-)

Seriously,  that is a really nice sized boat.  Spent some time drooling over
one in the next slip and discussing the rehab with the owner a couple of
summers back.  Would love to see how they sail.  Pretty beamish, which
probably doesn't increase the speed, but sure does increase the room. Enjoy.
