Paul,
The premixed stuff is Poly Fiber's Super Fill. A really nice lightweight
filler, but as Gary indicates above its pretty stiff. Maybe the blades
could be fabbed with the root and tip ends open. The filler could be
injected under pressure from the root until it flows out the tip end to
prevent voids. The tip could be closed with a layup after the filler cures.

That sounds pretty good. Could be as simple as letting the air out.
Perhaps we could check with Poly Fiber and see if they have a low
viscosity version. Course I think Perry is not going to do a mold
so this is moot for the prototype.
