Yes, it is a Marcotti.

My very limited research indicates that standard 13B transmissions use a
smaller flywheel than the automatics.  Does anyone know if this is accurate?
I don't think I can use a standard 13B flywheel on  a 20B because of the
probable difference in the counterweights.  The standard flywheel has the
counterweights built in it, the automatic flywheel is separate from the
counterweight.
