Do you have a list of all SAE papers relevant to rotary engine development?  I am starting postgraduate research here in Australia and plan to order any useful papers .  Also, any other references would be helpful as there seems to be limited material available on RE research and development.  I have seen a CD mentioned in some of the newsletter messages. One last question : What usually limits the RPM on a 13B engine?
e.g. airflow, rotor bearing load, stationary gear failure, lubrication problems, apex seal dynamics?
