I don't think you need an oil scavenge pump on the PSRU Ed.
I think you should try something like this first. There are several reasons
for oil to be in this location; centrifugal force, gravity and 
viscosity effects. New horizons is using something like this on their
PSRU. It may even be too effective in this location and may need to be
moved up around the housing a little bit.
