The subject of the cost of Mazda injectors
came up. The Mazda dealers are asking $400 each and some repair shops
might be able to sell them to you for $225 each. this is way out of line
for what they should cost. GM, Nippon Denso or Bosch injectors go for

around

$70 each so if you are building a intake manifold be sure to design in GM,
Nippon Denso or Bosch injectors rather than Mazda injectors.

I am looking in the J.C. Whitney catalog page 200 June 30 2000
$30 to $50 but you have to know which injector is used on which car as they
are listed by car make, year and model. No Mazda's.  I am sure they are the same
injectors 
made by the same companies. What you want to look for is large displacement 
four or six cylinder engines. These would most likely have the fuel flow you need
for four injectors on a 200 HP engine like the rotary.

Example: a GM, Ford or Chrysler 3.8L six cylinder engine or a BMW, Mercedes 3.8 L 
six cylinder engine as close to 300 HP rating as possible.
A turbo Buick V6 or a Mercedes four cylinder "Compressor" model would be ideal.  
Multi point injectors.

A throttle body injector is not what you want.

You might want to consider six injectors but Tracy's system might not handle that.
