If you are not wanting to use a single row wankel, use might check out a
Briggs & Stratton commercial engine. They have a 31 Hp peak with 24 Hp
continues engine which should build up to about 80-85 lbs. Peak RPM is 3600
with Peak torque at 2400. It even rotates in the correct direction without
a PSRU.

I have considered the Hummelbird but my size 12 shoes make it not so
