Guys I need to borrow two stock intake manifolds. A six port version
and a four port version. I will pay shipping both ways.
I need these to get the holes in the right places.
I am going to make some light weight intake manifold flanges.
Probable about twenty six port and ten four port versions.
I will also look into getting some aluminum tube bent up
with the proper leg length, radius and diameter.
You can then cut and weld (or have welded) the tubing to suit.
It will be the Power Sport style wrap over manifold for side port
engines.
BTW If you put the injectors on the plug side of the
engine at the end of the tubes you are less likely to burn the
fuel system plumbing and wiring in the event you have an engine fire
ignited by the exhaust system on the other side of the engine.
The idea is to sell a intake manifold kit at near cost.
I am tired of people wining about not being able to build intake manifolds
:-)
Chime in if you want one so I know how many to make up.

I'd likely be interested in a set for 4 port assuming price is tolerable.
