   I have a jap spec 12Aturbo in my RX2, they are a great engine, with a little
extra revability and a bit more reliability, due to the 3mm shorter apex seals,

   the 2 injector efi is pretty basic, but 3-400HP is pretty easy with porting
and a big turbine.
  PP and turbo suggests you have a big budget, I would suggest that using a
12 A as opposed to the 13B is probably a big waste of cash as all the go fast
bits are ready to drag race fro 13B's, so maybe consider that the conversation
piece could get expensive,
