If you are going into digital cameras go for those with equal or larger
than two Megapixels capacity. They cost more but as the time passes you
will not regret that and the capabilities it will give you. The 1,3
Megapixel types are being sold like cookies today but these have just
completed their useful lifespan. If in doubt, just rent one of the
former, shoot and compare. Almost 35 mm quality.

I am mainly looking for something to upload to the internet.
Beyond a certain pixel count the files get too big to upload.
I have a Nikon for good printed pictures.
